M6 terms of use
M6 is licensed under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The summary below is not a replacement for that agreement. It explains in plain language what M6 is, who owns your records, how paid features would be billed through Apple, and what the app does not promise.
Which license applies?
The standard Apple EULA applies to M6: Apple Licensed Application EULA. Read it for the full legal terms.
What is M6?
M6 helps you work on one goal over 180 days. It splits the route into six chapters, offers three actions a day and collects your proof. It is a tool for your own goal. It is not a medical, psychological, legal or financial service, and you make your own decisions.
Who owns my records?
Everything you enter is yours. It is stored on your device, and you can export or delete it in Me, Settings, Data. A partner receives only what you explicitly allow.
How would paid features work?
M6 is in TestFlight, and payments are not connected in the current build. When purchases go live, they go through Apple. The price and currency are shown by the App Store for your country, payment is charged to your Apple Account, and subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings, and Apple handles refunds. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
What are the rules of use?
Do not try to bypass payment or interfere with the app or its server, and do not use M6 for anything your local law forbids.
What does M6 not promise?
The 6 Month Theory is a framework for structuring six months of work. It is not a clinical or scientific method, and M6 makes no medical or guaranteed-outcome claims. The app is provided as is, and the developer is not responsible for your decisions or their results.
